Lap Swimming & Water Walking
Lap Swimming / Water Exercise adds vitality to your day and improves sleep patterns in the evening. Begin using your lifetime skill of swimming and gain the physical benefits from this compression free form of exercise. Swimmers use lanes with others of similar pace while Water Walkers / Exercisers share a lane near the large stairwells.

Changing rooms are poolside for your showering needs. Equipment such as kickboards, pull buoys, barbells and water noodles are available for your use. Goggles and swim caps may be purchased in the lobby. Enjoy the four lane, 25-meter pool in Lakeville reserved just for you over the noon hour.
